SHIPPING

Shipping delivery time is normally 15 working days. Orders with a delivery address inside QLD in excess of $300 receive free shipping. Orders below $300 inside Queensland will incur a flat rate $50 shipping fee. Deliveries into ACT, NSW, VIC, SA & TAS attract a $100 per order flat rate shipping fee. We cannot ship orders to NT and WA.

RETURNS

All warranties are to be actioned as per the warranty procedure below. Goods not required may only be returned on previously negotiated understanding contact. A.L.B. Distributors reserves the right to accept or reject a request for goods no longer required.

PAYMENT

Payment of goods online is facilitated via PayPal Australia through  a secure SSL connection. Upon check-out of your order you will be momentarily redirected to the PayPal Australia where you will be prompted for your credit card details. Credit card payment can be made via VISA or Mastercard.  Please note you will not be required to create a PayPal account to submit your transaction. After a successful transaction has been made you will be redirected back to the A.L.B. Distributors website to finalise your order.  You will also receive a tax invoice detailing the itinerary of your order and financial statement.

GST INFORMATION

All products listed in the A.L.B. Distributors online store are GST inclusive. No furthur taxes will be added to your product order.
